How long will my screen repair take?
Most screen repairs are completed the same day. Drop your device off in the morning, and we will usually have it ready before the day ends. Complex cases may need an extra day.
Is there a warranty on your repair work?
Yes. Our repairs come with a warranty that covers the parts we install and the work we do. If the same issue returns, we will fix it at no extra cost.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Diagnostics are free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to proceed, we will let you know the exact diagnosis and cost before any work starts.
Will you back up my data before repairing?
We do not back up your data, but we protect it during the repair. We recommend backing up your phone at home before you bring it in. The repair process itself will not touch your files.
What if the issue is worse than expected?
We will call you with a clear explanation and an exact quote before doing anything extra. No surprise charges, just an honest recommendation on how to proceed.
Do you provide a loaner phone while mine is in for repair?
We do not currently offer loaner devices. Most repairs are done the same day, so you will not be without your phone for long. Just let us know if timing is critical for you.
